Treasury Shares

 

RA International Group PLC (AIM: RAI), a specialist provider of complex and integrated remote site services to Humanitarian, Governmental and Commercial organisations globally, announces that 28,132 ordinary shares of £0.10 each (the "Ordinary Shares") were transferred out of treasury in settlement of certain employee share options (the "First Transfer"). Settlement of the First Transfer will occur on 24 May 2021.

 

A further 30,282 Ordinary Shares will also be transferred out of treasury in settlement of certain employee share options (the "Second Transfer"). Settlement of the Second Transfer will occur on 25 May 2021.

 

Following the First Transfer, the total number of Ordinary Shares in issue and admitted to trading on AIM will remain at 173,575,741, comprising 1,952,915 Ordinary Shares held in treasury and 171,622,826 Ordinary Shares with voting rights. The figure of 171,622,826 Ordinary Shares should be used by shareholders in the Company as the denominator for the calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change in their interest in, the share capital of the Company under the Financial Conduct Authority's Disclosure Guidance and Transparency Rules.

 

Following the Second Transfer, the total number of Ordinary Shares in issue and admitted to trading on AIM will remain at 173,575,741, comprising 1,922,633 Ordinary Shares held in treasury and 171,653,108 Ordinary Shares with voting rights. The figure of 171,653,108 Ordinary Shares should be used by shareholders in the Company as the denominator for the calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change in their interest in, the share capital of the Company under the Financial Conduct Authority's Disclosure Guidance and Transparency Rules.
