** Shares of pharma co Race Oncology  RAC.AX  climb as much
as 10% to A$1.050, their biggest intraday pct gain since Nov. 8
    ** Stock hits highest level since Nov. 9
    ** Co says Daniel Tillett has been appointed as chief
executive office, effective immediately
    ** Says Tillett will work alongside Executive Director Peter
Smith to advance co's strategic, clinical and commercialisation
plans for bisantrene, a small molecule chemotherapeutic 
    ** More than 675,000 shares have changed hands, compared
with the 30-day average of about 163,000 shares
    ** Stock has fallen ~52.5% so far this year, as of last
close
