** Issue price of A$0.04 per share represents a 17.6%
premium to stock's last close
** Co says radiopharmaceutical co Lantheus subscribed for
A$7.5 mln at A$0.05 per share in co, among others
** About 4.4 mln RAD shares change hands, compared with the
30-day average trading volume of 757,561 shares
** Shares down more than 50% YTD, as of last close
