** Stock logs best day since March 17

** Healthcare services provider inks deal to acquire business and assets of Karori village care home in Wellington for NZ$13.6 million ($7.81 million)

** Adds that deal to be accretive to fiscal 2027 net profit after tax

** Stock down 2.6% this year, including session's move
