Poland's Rafako scraps plan to file for bankruptcy
GDANSK, Feb 9 (Reuters) - Polish boiler maker Rafako
RFK.WA said on Thursday it was abandoning earlier plans to
file for bankruptcy following favourable changes to its
situation.
The company cited, among others, recent developments related
to its dispute with Polish utility Tauron's TPE.WA production
unit on the construction of a coal-fired power block in Jaworzno
for Tauron.
