Clearway Capital Partners confirms it holds stake in Rai Way

MILAN, Jan 30 (Reuters) - Clearway Capital Partners
holds a stake in Italian broadcasting tower company Rai Way
 RWAY.MI , a spokesperson for the investment firm said in an
e-mailed statement on Tuesday.
    "We can confirm that Clearway Capital Partners Fund is a
shareholder of Rai Way SpA", the statement said.
    It added that the fund is a "long-term investor and always
seeks to engage constructively with our portfolio companies for
the benefit of long-term shareholders and other key
stakeholders".
