    Treasury sells 3.0-3.5 billion euros 3.35% BTP bonds due
July 1, 2029; 1.0-1.25 billion euros 3.85% BTP bonds due Dec.
15, 2029; 3.0-3.5 billion euros 3.85% BTP bonds due July 1,
2034; 1.0-1.5 billion euros CCTeu bonds due Oct. 15, 2031.

    MONTE DEI PASCHI  BMPS.MI 
    Italy's Treasury has launched an accelerated bookbuilding
procedure to place with investors shares in bailed out bank
Monte dei Paschi di Siena (MPS) equivalent to about 12.5% of the
bailed-out lender.
    Shares are being marketed at 4.150 to 4.256 euros a piece,
with a view to raising about 650 million euros ($704.02
million), according to a deal term sheet seen by Reuters on
Tuesday.
    
    STELLANTIS  STLAM.MI 
    The caremaker has reached voluntary deals to cut at least
2,500 jobs in Italy, labour unions said on Tuesday, as the
carmaker tries to adapt to changes needed for the industry's
transition to clean energy.
    
    TOD'S  TOD.MI 
    Tod investor Tabor Asset Management has published an open
letter calling for an increase in the price offered by L
Catterton to buy 36% of the Italian luxury shoemaker, saying the
price of 43 euros per share is unfair.
    
    RAI WAY  RWAY.MI 
    Italy is preparing a decree to ease a long-awaited tie-up
between state-backed Rai Way and rival EI Towers, government
officials said on Tuesday, which would create a TV towers group
worth more than 2 billion euros ($2.17 billion).
    
    AEFFE  AEF.MI 
    Italian children fashion company Altana has bought an
additional 15% in Aeffe's Moschino Kids through a call option, 
the luxury group said on Tuesday. Aeffe and Altana now hold 55%
and 45% respectively of Moschino Kids' capital.
    
    ITALIAN SEA GROUP  TISGR.MI 
    GC Holding, the majority shareholding of Italian Sea Group,
said it had launched the sale of about 8.7% stake through an
accelerated bookbuilding procedure (ABB). It aims to increase
the free float of the company in order to meet the listing
requirements of the STAR market segment.

    Ends capital increase.
