MFE CEO backs EI Towers tie-up with Rai Way
MILAN, Jan 31 (Reuters) - The owners of broadcaster
towers group Rai Way RWAY.MI should pursue a deal with EI
Towers rather than selling down their stakes in the company,
MFE-MediaForEurope MFEB.MI CEO Pier Silvio Berlusconi said on
Wednesday.
A tie-up with EI Towers would create more value, Berlusconi
told a news conference. MFE has a 40 percent stake in EI Towers.
