March 30 (Reuters) - The following bids, mergers, acquisitions and disposals were reported by 1330 GMT on Monday:

** Sysco  said it would buy catering supplier Jetro Restaurant Depot in a $29  billion deal, including debt, expanding the top U.S. food distributor's reach among price-conscious independent restaurants.

** Garanti BBVA  has agreed to sell its entire Romanian business to Austria's Raiffeisen Bank  for 591 million euros ($680 million), the Turkish lender said.

** Indian packaging company EPL Ltd  said on Sunday it had agreed to merge with Indovida, backed by Thailand's Indorama Ventures, in a deal valuing the combined business at about $2 billion.

** Generative-AI drug developer Insilico Medicine <3696.HK> said on Sunday it has agreed a global licensing and research deal with U.S. drugmaker Eli Lilly , that could be worth up to $2.75 billion, including milestone payments.
