** Austria's Raiffeisen Bank RBIV.VI and London's Wizz Air WIZZ.L rise 7% and 8.9% respectively

** European construction stocks rally. Trader says: "market participants playing reconstruction story"

** Buzzi BZU.MI, Holcim HOLN.S, Heidelberg Materials HEIG.DE up between 4.3% and 4.8%

** Aerospace and defence stocks .SXPARO fall, index last down 1.6%

** CSG CSG.AS Rheinmetall RHMG.DE falls 6%, Leonardo LDOF.MI 5%
