** Railway-focused telecom infra co on Tuesday received a work order from Employees Provident Fund Organisation for 1.67 bln rupees
** More than 4.3 mln shares traded by 9:47 AM, 8.5x the 30-day avg
** Stock down nearly 22% YTD
