Railtel Corporation Of India rises on $17.2 million order win

** Shares of Railtel Corporation Of India RAIT.NS rise 2.56% to 287.85 rupees 
** On Thursday, co said it won an order worth 1.65 billion rupees ($17.24 million) from Western Coalfields 
** Order for setting up a private communications network under a five-year rental contract
** Trading vols at 1.29 million shares vs 30-day average of 898,339 shares
** YTD, stock down 22.5%
($1 = 95.6900 Indian rupees)
