** Stock up for a third straight session

** Rail infrastructure developer secures project worth 9.68 billion rupees ($104.25 million) from East Coast Railway

** More than 12 million shares change hands by 9:40 a.m. IST vs 30-day avg of 7.95 million

** YTD, stock down 15.5%
