** Shares of Rail Vikas Nigam Ltd  RAIV.NS  rise as much as
4.8% to 427.9 rupees  
    ** Rail infra co emerges as lowest bidder for work in
certain Central Railway sections
    ** Adds, cost of work at 1.37 bln rupees ($16 mln)
    ** Stock on track to snap nine-day losing streak
    ** More than 3 mln shares traded as of 10:03 a.m. IST, vs
their 30-day moving avg of over 4.3 mln shares
    ** RAIV last up 3.4%, adding to YTD gains of 132.6%
