** Rail Vikas Nigam  RAIV.NS  rises 1.6% to 444.95 rupees
    ** Co gets order worth 1.87 bln rupees ($22 mln) from East
Central Railway to upgrade electric traction system in the
Gomoh-Patratu section
    ** RAIV down ~16% so far in December quarter after gaining
for nine straight quarters
    ** Stock up ~144% YTD
