India's RailTel Corp rises on 2.74-billion-rupee order win

** RailTel Corp RAIT.NS rises 2.6% to 453.5 rupees

** Co wins order worth 2.74 bln rupees ($31.95 million) from the motor vehicles department in the state of Maharashtra to design and operate intelligent traffic management system (ITMS) for 10 years

** Including session's gains, RAIT shares up ~27% in the last 12 months

($1 = 85.7580 Indian rupees)
