** Shares of Railtel Corp RAIT.NS rise 4.5% to 311 rupees

** Stock rises as the infrastructure co receives a work order worth 168.9 million rupees (~$2 million) from the Ministry Of Defense

** Order is for laying optical fiber cables

** More than 5.8 mln shares change hands, 2.6x its 30-day avg

** RAIT eyes fourth consecutive session of gains

** Stock up ~6% so far this month
