** Shares of Railtel Corporation of India Ltd RAIT.NS rise 7.8% to 334 rupees

** Telecom infrastructure builder on Sunday got a 251.5 million rupees ($2.9 million) contract from Hindustan Petroleum Corp HPCL.NS

** HPCL contract to run for five years

** Stock down 18.3% YTD
