** Shares of Railtel Corporation of India RAIT.NS jump 9.2% to 310 rupees

** Co bags orders worth 3.09 billion rupees ($33.15 million)and 2.55 billion rupees from Rail Vikas Nigam Limited

** Co also wins order worth 439.6 million rupees from Uttar Pradesh Police Recruitment And Promotion Board

** YTD, RAIT falls 23.5%
