** Shares of Railtel Corporation of India RAIT.NS jump 7% to 263 rupees

** State-owned telecom infrastructure provider gets orders worth 219.3 million rupees ($2.34 million) and 296.9 million rupees from Jharkhand Public Service Commission Ranchi and Jharkhand Education Project Council respectively

** More than 991,763 shares change hands by 11.54 a.m. IST vs 30-day avg of 1.2 mln shares

** RAIT set for best day since June 4, 2025

** YTD, RAIT down 29%
