acquisitions and disposals were reported by 2000 GMT on Friday:
    
    ** Agricultural and construction machine maker CNH
Industrial  CNHI.MI  said it had sold the engineered films
division on its Raven Industries  RAVN.SBX  unit to private
equity firm Industrial Opportunity Partners for $350 million.

    ** Russian consumer electronics retailer M.Video-Eldorado
 MVID.MM  said Gutseriev, the company's major beneficiary owner
and board member, has agreed to partly or fully sell his stake
