** Broker says Ralliant's larger and higher-margin Sensors and Safety Systems business offers an attractive play on grid hardening, higher power needs, and larger aerospace and defense budgets

** It expects the company's Test and Measurement unit to return to Y/Y growth in 2026, as end-markets recover

** Oppenheimer sets a TP at $55 per share, compared to a share price of $42.26 as of Tuesday's end
