Rallis India surges in heavy volume

** Shares of Rallis India RALL.NS surges 6.3% in heavy
volume, set for their biggest one day jump since mid-Jan
** The reason for the move was not immediately clear
** Trading vol of over 11 mln is 16.6x the 30-day daily avg
and highest since July 2003
** Stock hits about 9-week high of 234 rupees and is 16% shy
of its 52-week high
** Stock last at 229.55 rupees, set to close above its
50-day moving avg for first time since mid-Sept
** Avg rating of the 14 analysts on RALL is "sell" and
median PT is 210 rupees - LSEG data
** Stock trims YTD losses to ~5.5%
