    ** RMCS said on Wednesday Philippine Airlines Inc partnered
with Ramco Aviation
    ** More than 79,000 shares change hands by 09:50 a.m. IST vs
1.1x 30-day avg of 72,000 shares
    ** Median PT is 300 rupees - Refinitiv data
    ** Stock had fallen ~18% YTD up to last close
