** Hospital operator top gainer on the benchmark ASX200 index .AXJO, which is flat

** Co says its Australian business expects EBIT growth in FY26

** Says unit expects sustained momentum in private hospitals portfolio, underpinned by stronger rev indexation and others

** More than 1.3 mln shares traded, 2.2x the 30-day avg vol

** Stock last up 11.3%, taking YTD gains to 2.8%
