** Macquarie raises stock's rating to "outperform" from "neutral"

** Brokerage says rival Healthscope's debt woes may provide Ramsay Health Care with rare oppurtunity to expand its domestic footprint

** Analysts also upbeat on potential sale of its stake in Europe-based Ramsay Sante, sees uplift in valuation by ~6% according to current share price

** Stock down 1.9% YTD, including current session's moves
