Ramsdens Holdings Plc, the diversified financial services provider and
retailer, announces that on 14 March 2025, Mark Smith who is deemed a person
discharging managerial responsibility ("PDMR") as a director of the Company's
trading subsidiary acquired 1,831 ordinary shares of 1p in the Company at a
price of 218p per ordinary share.  Following these share purchases, the total
holding of Mark Smith is 36,324 ordinary shares.
