Notice of AGM

Ramsdens Holdings PLC, the diversified financial services provider and
retailer, announces that the Company's annual report and accounts for the year
ended 30 September 2023 ("2023 Annual Report") with the notice of its 2024
Annual General Meeting (the "AGM"), are available to download from the
Company's website at https://www.ramsdensplc.com/
(https://www.ramsdensplc.com/)  and have been sent to shareholders.

The AGM will be held at Middlesbrough FC Riverside Stadium, Middlehaven Way,
Middlesbrough, TS3 6RS on Monday, 11 March 2024 at 11am.
