Notice of AGM

 

Ramsdens Holdings PLC, the diversified financial services provider and
retailer, announces that the Company's annual report and accounts for the year
ended 30 September 2024 ("2024 Annual Report") with the notice of its 2025
Annual General Meetings (the "AGM"), are available to download from the
Company's website at https://www.ramsdensplc.com/
(https://www.ramsdensplc.com/) and have been sent to shareholders.

 

The AGM will be held at Unit 16 Falcon Court, Preston Farm Industrial Estate,
Stockton on Tees, TS18 3TS on Monday 3 March 2025 at 11am.
