Results of the Annual General Meeting

Ramsdens Holdings PLC is pleased to announce that at its Annual General
Meeting held on 28 February 2022 at 11:00 am at The Treebridge Hotel, Old
Nunthorpe, Middlesbrough, all the resolutions as set out in the Notice of
Annual General Meeting were passed with voting as follows:
