Results of the Annual General Meeting

Ramsdens Holdings PLC is pleased to announce that at its Annual General
Meeting held today, 3 March 2025, at 11:00am at Falcon Court, Preston Farm
Industrial Estate, all the resolutions as set out in the Notice of Annual
