Results of the Annual General Meeting

Ramsdens Holdings PLC is pleased to announce that at its Annual General
Meeting held on 9 March 2026 at 10:00am at Falcon Court, Preston Farm
Industrial Estate, all the resolutions as set out in the Notice of Annual
