in after-hours trading 
    ** RAND says its portfolio company, Rheonix Inc, is
developing a fully automated coronavirus (COVID-19) test kit

    ** Says test kit to provide small and medium-sized labs
access to fast testing for public health threat
    ** Says upon Rheonix's receipt of emergency use
authorization from U.S. Food and Drug Administration, the new

    ** Stock down ~10% YTD
