stronger than its peers 
    ** Kepler Cheuvreux initiates coverage of Netherlands-based
employment agency Randstad  RAND.AS  with "buy", saying staffing
sector worldwide shows signs of recovery
    ** Kepler Cheuvreux also initiates coverage of Swiss
staffing company Adecco  ADEN.S  with a "buy" rating, citing its
