** Oil and gas producer Range Resources' RRC.N shares rise 5.2% to $35.02 premarket

** Company posted Q1 adj profit of 96 cents/shr on Tuesday vs est 92 cents/shr - LSEG

** Range Resources expects annual production to be about 2.2 billions of cubic feet equivalent (bcfe) per day in 2025

** " We view the Q1 results as positive ... while RRC’s sensitivity to the trade war with China is reflected in its recent underperformance, we continue to be selective with the natural gas E&Ps at current strip prices" - Siebert Williams Shank analyst Gabriele Sorbara

** As of last close, stock down 7.7% YTD
