Amendment - Notification of Transactions by
Person Discharging Managerial Responsibility ("PDMR")
The Rank Group Plc ('Rank', the 'Group') amends its announcement of 30 September 2025 (RNS Number: 4719B) in respect of the number of net vested shares received by the PDMRs listed below under The Rank Group Plc Long Term Incentive Plan (the 'Rank LTIP').
The conditional share awards granted to the PDMRs in 2022 under the Rank LTIP vested on 29 September 2025 following satisfaction of the relevant performance conditions. Shares were sold to cover tax and other liabilities however; the latter were not deducted in the original calculation of net vested shares received. The amended net vested shares, which are subject to a two-year holding period, and the amended PDMR Dealing Notification tables are set out below.
