Acquisition of Guaranteed Notes
The Rank Group Plc announces that Rank Group Finance Plc has acquired, in an open market offer, $0.7m of its outstanding 7.125% Guaranteed Notes due 2018 ("Notes"). The acquired Notes will be cancelled. Notes totalling $14.1m remain in issue.
