Block Listing Cancellation 
 
The Rank Group Plc currently has the following ordinary shares of 138/9p each
block listed: 
 
§ 35,637 under the Rank Group Share Savings Schemes; 
 
§ 1,997,522 under The Rank Organisation and Rank Group Executive Share Option
Schemes; 
 
§ 1,146,214 under the Rank Organisation Overseas Executive Share Option Plan. 
 
These share option schemes have been closed and as a result the block listings
associated with them have been cancelled.  No allotments have been made under
these schemes since the block listing return of 3 October 2013.
