On 27 February 2015 Lord Kilmorey, a non-executive director, notified Rank that, on 26 February 2015, he had purchased 21,100 ordinary 138/9p shares in Rank at a price of 188.37p per share. Following this purchase Lord Kilmorey has a beneficial share interest in 21,100 ordinary shares, representing 0.01% of the total voting rights in Rank.
