Notification and public disclosure of transactions by persons discharging
managerial responsibilities and persons closely associated with them in
accordance with Article 19 of the Market Abuse Regulations

On 6 May 2022 the following awards over ordinary shares of 13 (8)/(9) pence in
The Rank Group Plc (the "Company") were granted to Richard Harris, the
Company's Chief Financial Officer, to replace awards granted by his previous
employer which were forfeited:

The Award is granted outside The Rank Group Plc 2020 Long-Term Incentive Plan
("Plan") but, save as expressly stated otherwise in the deed of grant
pertaining to the Award, is subject to the rules of the Plan. It is made in
accordance with the exemption contained in Rule 9.4.2(2) of the UK Listing
Rules.

Vesting is not subject to any performance conditions and will be in two equal
tranches, with the vesting date for each such tranche being 13 May 2023 and 16
March 2024 respectively. Details of the full notification received by the
Company are set out below.
