Sally Harris, being a person closely associated with the Company's chief
financial officer, Richard Harris, purchased 75,000 ordinary 13(8)/(9)p shares
in the Company on 30 May 2022. The total holding post-notification of Richard
Harris and his PCAs is 75,000 shares.
