The third of three equal tranches of the block award granted to John O'Reilly
on 28 June 2018 under The Rank Group Plc Long Term Incentive Plan 2010, based
on performance over a four-year period ending on 30 June 2021, vested on 2
October 2023.

2023 and the sale of sufficient shares to discharge the tax liability arising
on the vested shares in accordance with instructions which took place on 3
