Notification and public disclosure of transactions by persons discharging
managerial responsibilities and persons closely associated with them.

The Company announces that, on 15 December 2025, the following share awards
("Awards") over ordinary shares of 13 8/9 pence in the Company were granted to
certain Directors and Persons Discharging Managerial Responsibilities ("PDMR")
under The Rank Group 2020 Deferred Bonus Plan ("Plan").

The Awards were made in accordance with the Plan rules and as provided for in
the 2025 Directors' Remuneration Report, which is available in the Company's
2025 Annual Report.

The Awards will vest (subject to continuing service) on 15 December 2027,
being the second anniversary of the date on which the awards would have been
granted. The number of ordinary shares over which the awards were granted was
calculated based on a share price of 107.24 pence per ordinary share, being
the average mid-market closing share price for the five business days prior to
the grant date, as derived from the London Stock Exchange daily official list.

The below notifications are made in accordance with the Article 19 of the
Market Abuse Regulation (EU) 596/2014, as it forms part of United Kingdom
domestic law by virtue of the European Union (Withdrawal) Act 2018, as
amended.
