Director's share purchase
On 10 March 2016 Clive Jennings, Finance Director of Rank, notified the Company that, on 10 March 2016, he had purchased 37,500 ordinary 138/9p shares in Rank at a price of 253.34p per share. Following this purchase Clive Jennings has a beneficial share interest in 62,500 ordinary shares, representing 0.02% of the total voting rights in Rank.
