The Rank Group Plc ("Rank" or "the Company") announces that Tim Scoble, non-executive director of Rank, has indicated his intention to step down from his role on the board. 
In recent months Tim Scoble's other commitments have grown substantially and he has now concluded that he must relinquish some of his responsibilities. Tim has decided therefore to step down as a non-executive director of Rank with effect from 30 November 2015.
Ian Burke, Rank's chairman said:
"I would like to take this opportunity to thank Tim for his hard work on our board and committees over the past five and a half years. Tim's commitment, expertise and guidance have been invaluable to Rank and the board is extremely sorry to see him go." 
Rank's chairman, Ian Burke will lead the search for a new non-executive director and a further announcement will be made when an individual has been appointed.
