Directors' share purchases
On 21 May 2015 Henry Birch, Chief Executive of Rank, notified the Company that, on 21 May 2015, he had purchased 100,000 ordinary 138/9p shares in Rank at a price of 205.00p per share. Following this purchase Henry Birch has a beneficial share interest in 100,000 ordinary shares, representing 0.03% of the total voting rights in Rank.
Also, on 21 May 2015 Clive Jennings, Finance Director of Rank, notified the Company that, on 21 May 2015, he had purchased 25,000 ordinary 138/9p shares in Rank at a price of 205.00p per share. Following this purchase Clive Jennings has a beneficial share interest in 25,000 ordinary shares, representing 0.01% of the total voting rights in Rank.
