FIL Limited
On 28 November 2015, The Rank Group Plc ("Rank") received a notification from FIL Limited, under the obligations imposed by Section DTR5 of the FCA's Disclosure Rules and Transparency Rules that, as at 26 November 2015, it had a notifiable indirect interest in the voting rights attached to 26,891,591 Ordinary 138/9p shares representing 6.88% of the total voting rights in Rank. 
The chain of controlled undertakings through which the voting rights are effectively held is set out in the schedule below.
