On 11 January 2016, The Rank Group Plc ("Rank") received a notification from FIL Limited, that, as at 7 January 2016, it had a notifiable indirect interest in the voting rights attached to 21,377,748 Ordinary 138/9p shares representing 5.47% of the total voting rights in Rank.
