BUZZ-UK's Rank Group rises as full-year profit seen ahead of expectations ** Shares of gaming firm Rank Group RNK.L up 5.4% at 99.6 pence
** Group expects to report full year underlying operating profit ahead of expectations, being at least £76 mln
** Co says group's like-for-like Net Gaming revenue for the year grew by 6% to about £834.1 million ($1.11 billion)
** Remains on track to deliver at least £100 mln operating profit in the medium term
** The Gambling Commission has indicated it intends to accept the settlement proposal, and the co is awaiting the final confirmation letter. As a result, the Group expects to record £5.0 mln provision for settlement
** YTD, RNK down about 4.83%
