** Shares of cybersecurity firm Rapid7  RPD.O  rise 4.8% at
$39.03 in trading after the bell
    ** Activist investor Jana Partners reports a 5.8% stake in
Rapid7 as of Sept 20; believes shares are undervalued 
    ** Jana has had and intends to continue to have constructive
discussions with members of RPD's board regarding operational
execution and pushing for a sale, among others
    ** RPD has fallen 43.2% YTD
